Manuel Borja Ruiz

Manuel Borja Ruiz is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sector, currently serving as EPC Associate Director, Project Manager, and Site Manager for Zelestra since January 2014, overseeing the Solar Photovoltaic Plant in Moquegua, Peru.
