Teresa Mugica Lecuona

Teresa Mugica Lecuona currently serves in the role of Desarrollo Corporativo M&A at SOLARPACK since January 2023. Prior to this position, Teresa worked at ACCIONA in Corporate Development (M&A) from March 2021 to January 2023. Teresa's experience also includes significant roles at PwC España, where involvement spanned from August 2018 to March 2021, including positions as Deals Senior Consultant and various consultant roles focused on Transaction Services and M&A, with expertise in financial due diligence and advisory services for international financial institutions. Earlier, Teresa gained experience as a football coach at Colegio Ayalde from September 2013 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include dual degrees in Ingeniería en Tecnologías Industriales and Administración y Dirección de Empresas from the University of Deusto, completed in 2018, as well as a year at The Taft School in 2012-2013.
