Elliot Goykhman

Elliot Goykhman has a wealth of experience in the technology and finance industries. From 1997 to 2004, they served as CEO of ELRO and CIO/CEO of PayPlay. From 2004 to 2010, they held Vice President roles at Barclays Capital and BNP Paribas. In 2010, they were appointed Executive Director at Digital Horizon VC, where they led the launching of fintech start-ups and evaluated acquisition targets. From 2015 to 2018, they served as Vice COO/CIO of B&N Bank, where they transformed the IT department and managed the IT budget. In 2017, they founded LikeBank and in 2018 they founded ZELF, a global neobank in messengers, which was featured in TechCrunch, Sifted, and Product Hunt #3 Product of the Month June 2020.

Elliot Goykhman attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1994, where they earned a BS in Computer Science and Applied Math.
