Daniel Bystrik is currently the Head of the Design Department and a UI/UX Designer at Zelh, where they foster a collaborative design culture and empower their team to take ownership of projects. From 2022 to 2023, Daniel worked as a freelance UI/UX Designer, creating user-oriented interfaces. Prior to that, they held various officer positions at EXMAR SHIP MANAGEMENT from 2017 to 2018, gaining international experience and mentoring junior officers. Daniel also founded a furniture brand, TRIADA, from 2021 to 2022, where they managed all processes until the Russian invasion. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Navigation from the National University "Odessa Maritime Academy" and have a background in art and design from Kharkiv Art School.
