Abhinay Samson

Abhinay Samson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over a period of several years. Starting in 2007, Abhinay worked as a Back office staff under HR helpdesk at Focus MT India Ltd, where they were responsible for resolving client documentation issues and employee queries on company policies. In 2008, Abhinay joined Infosys BPM as an Associate Lead BPHR, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR leadership and management. In 2015, Abhinay joined coMakeIT as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, overseeing various HR functions such as employee relations, compliance management, talent acquisition, and more. In 2018, they worked as the Manager HR at Yashoda Hospitals before transitioning to the role of Principal HR Consultant at KeyPeople Consulting. In 2019, Abhinay became the HR Manager at Karix, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Abhinay serves as the Director of People & Culture at Zelis. With a diverse range of experience and expertise, Abhinay has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR management and strategic planning.

Abhinay Samson completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Medical Radiologic Technology/Science from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in the years 2003 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Sri Venkateswara University from 2011 to 2012.
