Dan Kuhlman

Dan Kuhlman currently serves as Sr. Director and Global Head of Compensation at Zelis since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Vanguard, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Total Rewards, HR Ops, and Technology for Europe to various positions in the International Division, totaling over four years. Earlier, Dan held the position of Total Rewards Manager for the Americas and APAC at BTG. Dan's career began in human resources with the US Army and the Army National Guard, culminating in the role of Squadron Human Resources Director. Academic qualifications include pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Finance from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Leadership from Virginia Tech.
