Kirsten Schreiter has extensive experience in various HR roles. Kirsten is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at Zelis. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of People & Culture at the same company. Before joining Zelis, Kirsten worked at Greenway Health as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation, where they led various HR functions and strategic programs. Kirsten also has experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held roles such as Global HR Director, Finance & IT, Global Director, Executive Compensation, HR Director, Supply Chain, HR Manager, Sales and Marketing, and Talent Manager at the Danville Plant. Kirsten also had previous work experience at Appvion, Inc. as a Senior Product Specialist, Shift Facilities Manager, and in Human Resources.
Kirsten Schreiter holds a BBA degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Kirsten also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kirsten has several certifications in various fields, including a Case Western Executive Coaching Certification from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2016, a TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence Trainer Certification from TalentSmart in 2015, and an SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015. Kirsten also has certifications from Korn Ferry, Human Capital Institute (HCI), DDI | Development Dimensions International, AchieveGlobal Australia, and Human Synergistics. Kirsten obtained their Human Synergistics Culture Accreditation in December 2018.
