Rousseau Kluever has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they served as a Team Leader for the Panther Leadership Academy until 2012. From 2009 to 2012, Rousseau also worked as a Representative for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee, attending meetings and recommending potential NCAA legislation.

In 2013, they co-founded the Affective Computing Company and served as a Product Owner, designing and developing the Thrive Platform. This role also involved securing angel investment for the software. Additionally, from 2013 to 2021, Rousseau worked at Affective.health as a Director of Product and Customer Success. They drove the success of Thrive partners, expanded accessibility through tools like Samcart and Zapier, and helped improve patient adherence for an enterprise partner.

From 2016 to 2017, Rousseau held the role of Production Assistant in the Athletic Media Department at Duquesne University. They assisted in broadcasting games, creating digital media content, and managing press releases. Recently, in 2021, Rousseau joined UnitedMasters as a Senior Product Manager, where they contributed to reducing streaming fraud through machine learning products and implemented the BeatExchange CMS.

Currently, starting in December 2022, Rousseau is set to become the Director of Product, Healthcare Guidance at Zelis.

Rousseau Kluever obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Media Arts and Technology at Duquesne University, graduating in 2017. Before attending university, Rousseau Kluever matriculated from Rondebosch Boys' High School in 2007, earning a High School Diploma. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications, including SQL Certification from Noble Desktop in 2022, Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in 2020, and completed WordPress Essential Training from Lynda.com in June 2016.
