Vanessa Maugé

Vanessa Maugé, MBA, CSPO, and SAFe certified, serves as the Global Operations Program Manager at Zelis since 2017, focusing on the development of standardized processes to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration. Maugé previously managed a comprehensive information security awareness program, ensuring compliance with HITRUST standards, and worked as a Legal Executive Assistant/Paralegal, where responsibilities included overseeing nondisclosure and business associate agreements and conducting legal research. Prior to Zelis, Maugé was a Regional Coordinator at EXP from 2010 to 2017, where the role involved managing professional service agreements and improving operational compliance for B2B client relationships. Maugé holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Operations Management from American InterContinental University, as well as education from Georgia State University.
