Tansel Tiknaz

Tansel Tiknaz serves as the Engineering Director at Zeller since January 2022, overseeing technical execution and people management across multiple squads while fostering a strong team culture. Prior to this, Tansel provided technical consulting in late 2021 and held the role of Head of Product and Technology at Inclusiv Education from October 2020 to August 2021. From April 2010 to June 2020, Tansel was the Head of Technology at Oxfam Australia, where responsibilities included driving innovation, strategic digital initiatives, and leading cross-functional agile teams. Tansel began at Oxfam as a Technical Lead and advanced to Software Development Manager, contributing significantly to various digital projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Webmaster at ANZCA and Web Developer at DiGiCOR PTY LTD. Tansel holds a Graduate Diploma in Internet & Web Programming from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Hacettepe University.
