Vinay Khetarpal

Vinay Khetarpal has a diverse work experience spanning over more than a decade. Vinay is currently working at Zeller since 2021 as a QA Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Buildxact from 2020-2021, where they held the positions of Senior Test Automation Engineer and Test Automation Engineer.

Before joining Buildxact, Vinay was associated with Village Roadshow from 2019-2020 as an Agile Test Lead.

From 2014-2018, Vinay worked at Ericsson, where they served as a Test Specialist and later as a Test Lead and Iteration Lead. Vinay actively participated in Agile ceremonies and was responsible for release/iteration planning and execution.

Before Ericsson, Vinay worked at Infosys from 2012-2014 as a Senior Associate Consultant/Delivery Lead. Vinay showcased their skills in Shell Scripting, Selenium WebDriver, Java J2EE, Clearcase, and various other tools. Vinay successfully handled data migration projects for Maxis Malaysia.

Prior to Infosys, Vinay worked at Comverse from 2010-2012 as a Software Test Development Engineer/Delivery Lead/UAT Lead. Vinay worked on product customization requests for customers from different countries and executed API-based projects.

In 2009-2010, Vinay worked at Ericsson as a Verification Engineer, focusing on a Roaming Billing Project. Vinay was involved in various verification tasks, such as integration testing, test automation, continuous integration, and regression.

Finally, Vinay began their career at HCL Technologies in 2007 as a Software Engineer. Vinay gained experience in manual testing, Unix command, SQL, and web-based testing. Vinay received appreciation from the customer for their work on the Push Plugin Gateway (PPG).

Vinay Khetarpal completed their Executive Program in Leadership and Management with a focus on Strategic Leadership and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Before entering university, Vinay attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1991 to 2003, where they pursued a non-Medical curriculum with a specialization in Computers.

In terms of additional certifications, Vinay acquired the Prince2 Agile Foundation and Prince2 Agile Practitioner certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2018. Vinay also obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from the same institution in June 2018. Additionally, Vinay holds the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they earned in May 2018.
