Amanda Fretwell has extensive experience in customer success and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Zellis since January 2019. In this role, Amanda ensures the delivery of outsourced HR and payroll services for a portfolio of clients in the UK and Ireland, focusing on service excellence and contractual compliance. Prior to this, Amanda held the position of Service Delivery Manager at NGA Human Resources UK and Ireland, and contributed to various HR roles at NGA Human Resources and Nottinghamshire Police, where responsibilities included leading service delivery teams, managing HR operations, and developing strategic client relationships. Amanda began a career in human resources at British Coal, progressing through various HR positions. Educational background includes attendance at Nottingham Trent University.
