Ben Trimble

Ben Trimble is a global expert in Order-to-Cash and Finance Operations, focusing on strategy, assurance, and change across various sectors, including SaaS, Energy, and Telecommunications. They held roles at Zellis as Head of Group Billing Strategy & Margin Assurance and Head of Margin Assurance & Commission, where they implemented significant improvements in operational efficiency. Previously, Ben worked at BT in multiple revenue assurance roles and served as Head of Revenue Assurance & Customer Operations at Ecotricity, where they led billing migrations and operational enhancements. Ben holds an MSc in Strategy, Change & Leadership from the University of Bristol. Additionally, they participate as a part-time archaeologist and youth leader.
