Michelle Keith

Michelle Keith has extensive experience in customer operations and service delivery, currently serving as the Customer Operations Director at Zellis since 2003, where previous roles include Service Excellence Director and Service Delivery Director. Prior to Zellis, Michelle held the position of Service Excellence Director at NGA Human Resources from 2017 to January 2018. Additionally, from 1997 to 2003, Michelle worked as the HR Shared Services Team Leader at AMP Financial Services. Michelle holds an LLM in Employment Law from Norwich Law School.
