Jenny Harrison has worked for a variety of companies since 2002. Jenny began their career at SHI as an Inside Sales Assistant Manager and Account Executive. In 2006, they moved to D&B as a Relationship Manager. In 2013, they joined Asure Software as a Product Manager and Client Success Manager. In 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager at Get Smart Content. In 2017, they joined LogicMonitor as a Program Manager, Customer Experience, where they launched a Program Manager role and orchestrated scalable processes and policies for CX teams. Jenny also spearheaded transformational programs. In 2021, they joined Zello as a Revenue Operations Program Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, and Hotjar as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Jenny Harrison obtained their MBA in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business in 2012. Prior to that, they received a B.A. in Theirtory and Political Science from Rutgers University in 2001. Jenny also attended Columbia High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they obtained a Leadership Fundamentals certification from lynda.com in March 2014.
