Johanna-Mai Riismaa

Johanna-Mai Riismaa has had a varied and extensive career in the entertainment industry. Johanna-Mai began their career in 2010 as an Assistant Designer at Lumières Studio. In 2012, they became Technical Director at Prague Shakespeare Company, where they provided technical coordination for various titles from William Shakespeare at the Prague National Theatre Kolowrat stage, Na Pradle theatre and Vyšehrad summer stage, as well as full lighting design services, technical support, sourcing and coordination of sound and stage design. In 2014, they became Coordinator of Volunteers at Black Nights Film Festival. In 2015, they were Coordinator of Volunteers at World Masters Orienteering Championships 2016. In 2016, they were Coordinator of Volunteers at World orienteering Championships 2017 and COO at Vihmakass ja Kakerdaja. In 2017, they were Coordinator of Volunteers at TAB Tallinn Architecture Biennale. In 2018, they became Executive Producer at Elektrooniline Jumal and CEO at Zelos Team Management.

Johanna-Mai Riismaa has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in lighting design from Teatterikorkeakoulu - Teaterhögskolan, which they obtained between 2007 and 2012. Johanna-Mai also has a Master's Degree in Cultural Anthropology from Tallinn University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Johanna-Mai has also obtained several certifications, including a Google UX Design Certificate from Coursera in July 2022, The Community MBA from CMX in May 2021, an Agile Development Specialization from Coursera in March 2021, a Growth Marketing Specialist certification from CXL in January 2021, and a Digital Product Management Specialization from Coursera in November 2020.
