John Makara

John Makara has a diverse background in property management and maintenance, boasting extensive experience in supervisory roles. Currently serving as a Maintenance Technician at Zeman Homes, Inc. since February 2019, John previously held positions as Maintenance Supervisor at Meritus Communities from November 2016 to January 2019 and at Kaftan Enterprises, Inc. from August 2014 to November 2016, where John led maintenance operations at Foxcroft of Shelby condos and townhomes.
