Mekdem Takele

Mekdem Takele is a professional with a background in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Customer Service Officer at Zemen Bank S.C. since May 2023. Prior to this, Mekdem worked as a Customer Service Representative at Nyala Insurance S.C. from April 2022 to June 2023 and as a Sales Development Representative at MMCY Tech from February 2022 to February 2023. Mekdem holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Addis Ababa University, completed in October 2021.
