Malika Mirkhanova

Malika Mirkhanova is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in international talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at ZemiTek since August 2024, Malika previously held the position of Director of International Recruitment at Vistant, where global talent acquisition initiatives were spearheaded. Malika founded International Development Career Services, delivering comprehensive career services in the international development sector, and worked as Recruitment and Outreach Manager for the STAR Project at the Public Health Institute, focusing on building a diverse cadre of global health professionals. With prior roles including Senior International Recruiter at the International Medical Corps and HR Manager at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Malika has demonstrated a strong capability in enhancing recruitment strategies and fostering relationships with hiring managers. Malika holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Tashkent State Technical University.
