Tanya Neech AIEMA has extensive experience in sustainability and transport solutions. Tanya worked as the Head of Sustainability at Scania UK, where they were responsible for driving sustainable practices and delivering the company's brand position in the UK market. Prior to this, they served as the Sustainable Solutions Manager - Bus and Coach at Scania UK.

In addition, Tanya has held key positions at various organizations. Tanya worked as the Director at Zemo Partnership and as the Project Lead - Scania at Electric Roads Consortium. Tanya is also the Co-Founder of the Coach Operator Assurance Scheme (COAS), an auditing initiative for coach suppliers.
