Carlos Caro has a diverse range of work experience. ☁️ Carlos currently holds the position of DevSecOps Director at Zemoga, Inc., where they have been working since June 2021. Prior to this role, they were the DevSecOps Tech Lead at the same company from February 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Zemoga, Inc., Carlos worked as a DevOps Tech Lead/Manager at Koombea from October 2018 to February 2020.

Carlos also has experience as a Python Developer at Jobsity, where they worked on the innSync project for innRoad. ☁️ Carlos'sresponsibilities included developing new features and interacting with Online Travel Agencies using a microservices architecture. ☁️ Carlos worked at Jobsity from August 2016 to October 2018.

Earlier in their career, Carlos worked at Universidad del Norte in various roles, including Security Administrator, Part-time Professor in the Computer Science department, Security Analyst, IT Engineer, and IT Director Assistant. During their time at the university, they gained expertise in security administration, firewall and IPS management, endpoint protection, and mail gateway security. ☁️ Carlos also developed web crawlers and programs for generating secure passwords. Carlos worked at Universidad del Norte from January 2013 to August 2016.

Before their university experience, Carlos worked as a Web Developer at an IT research and consulting company from December 2011 to May 2012.

Carlos Caro has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and information technology. ☁️ Carlos obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in IT governance from Universidad del Norte in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a specialization program in Information Management in 2015 and a specialization program in Software Engineering in 2013, both from the same university. ☁️ Carlos'sundergraduate degree is in System Engineering, which they completed in 2012 from Universidad del Norte as well.

In addition to their academic achievements, Carlos Caro has obtained certifications in the field of IT. In 2018, they became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2015, they attained the Splunk Certified Knowledge Manager certification from Splunk. These certifications highlight their expertise in cloud computing and data management.
