Kavya T.

Kavya T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kavya began their career as a Design Engineering Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2010. Kavya then worked as an Operations Intern at NTPC before joining Rotaract as the President of the Rotaract Club of Gitam University. In 2011, Kavya joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer and later became an SAP Security Administrator. Kavya transitioned to DePaul University in 2014 as a Technology Support Technician before working as an IT Compliance Analyst at Sath Inc. in 2015.

Continuing their career in technology, Kavya joined Grainger in 2015, where they held various roles such as Events Coordinator, Generational BRG; Infrastructure Engineer, Project Coordinator; Recruitment Facilitator for the Grainger Technology Group; and Enterprise Systems- Database Engineering and Operations Intern. During their time at Grainger, they gained experience in organizing events, assessing SOX controls, managing recruitment activities, and developing standard operating procedures and checklists for database administration tasks.

In 2021, Kavya joined Caarya as a Project Manager before moving to Xeniapp Inc. as a Scrum Master in 2021. Currently, they are employed at Zemoso Technologies as a Scrum Master since 2022.

Overall, Kavya has a strong background in technology, project management, and team coordination, making their a valuable asset in any organization they join.

Kavya T. completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Science/Studies at DePaul University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
