Jairo Madrigal

Jairo Madrigal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries.

From 2018 to the present, they have been working at Zemsania Global Group, where they hold the position of Business Unit Director. Prior to this role, they served as the Coach Business Manager and IT Business Manager at the same company.

Before joining Zemsania Global Group, Jairo worked at Axpe Consulting from 2017 to 2018 as an IT Business Manager. Here, they were responsible for business development, identifying new opportunities, managing project profitability, and establishing partnerships. Jairo also supported the IT Recruiting team.

In 2016, Jairo worked at DHR Global as a Consultor IT 360º. Jairo worked as an Account Manager, handling account management and opening new accounts for clients.

Jairo's work experience also includes roles at Grupo Siro and L'Oréal, where they completed trainee programs in Human Resources.
