Mangesh Khatavkar has been working in the field of Human Resources for over seven years. Mangesh began their career in 2010 as an Administrator at Susons Hotel Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for managing inventory, attendance, organizing conferences and parties, supervising housekeeping and record checks, handling petty cash, daily bank transactions, courier and mails, travel desk, and handling vendors. Mangesh also dealt with cash, managed daily reports, filled out forms, and handled bank transactions and Tally. Additionally, they were responsible for hiring staff, conducting end-to-end recruitment, and handling employee salaries. In 2014, they joined Khodape Software Consulting Pvt Ltd. as an HR, Admin & Finance Executive, where they were responsible for posting jobs on job portals, coordinating employee references, sourcing and screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates. In 2016, they took on the role of Human Resources Executive at Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. The following year, they were hired as an Administrative Executive at AccelTree Software Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they became an HRBP at DWPlaceSolutions. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as the Lead - Client Engagement at Zen & Art, where they are responsible for end-to-end client management, requirement gathering, requirement allocation, technical assessment, and core recruitment of leading stakeholders from the banking and capital market domain. Additionally, they are also a TA at TalentRupt Inc.

Mangesh Khatavkar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from C.V.R.U University between 2010 and 2013. Mangesh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Welingkar Institute of Management, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2014 to 2016.
