Jordan Whittaker has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. They started their career in 2013 as an Operations Coordinator at Community Solutions, where they provided onsite IT support and managed IT infrastructure. In 2016, they moved on to Stonehouse Logic Limited as a Desktop Support Engineer, offering 1st and 2nd line desktop support for Windows and Mac operating systems.
In 2018, Jordan joined Chess as a 2nd Line Technical and Application Support specialist, troubleshooting business applications and providing Sage application support. They later transitioned to the role of Software Services Engineer, focusing on Sage 200 and CRM support.
Following this, in 2019, Jordan took up a position as a Senior DevOps at Seriun, where they handled 2nd line technical support and performed automation tasks. They also migrated services to SharePoint Online and provided support for various Microsoft technologies. They held this role until 2021.
Currently, Jordan is working as a Software Developer at Zen Internet, starting in November 2021.
Jordan Whittaker attended The Open University from 2013 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computing and IT (Communication and Software). In addition to their degree, Jordan has obtained several certifications, including being a Sage CRM Product Specialist in 2018, obtaining the MCSA: Dynamics 365 - Certified in 2019 from Microsoft, and becoming a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in 2020.
