Rangarajan Srinivasaraghavan

Rangarajan Srinivasaraghavan has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Rangarajan started their career as an Audit Manager/Articled Clerk at T.A.P Varadakutti & Co., where they prepared and finalized accounts for organizations and individuals, assisted with tax audits, and verified documents for submission to regulatory authorities. Rangarajan then worked as an Executive Commercial at TVS Infotech Ltd., where they prepared project reports and managed commercial agreements. Rangarajan later joined St. John Freight Systems Ltd. as an Assistant Manager Accounts, where they consolidated accounts, managed working capital, and prepared cash flow reports. Srinivasaraghavan also served as the Manager Finance at Reva Electric Car Co., where they established accounting systems, prepared financial reports, and managed product costing. Rangarajan further gained experience as a Plant Controller at Spicer India Private Limited, an AGM Finance at Godrej Saralee Limited, and a Financial Controller - India at Infastech Fastening Technologies India Private Limited, where they were involved in financial reporting, variance analysis, and the setup of accounting and reporting systems. Srinivasaraghavan also held the position of Head Capex at Danfoss Industries Private Limited, where they managed capital expenditure processes and budgets. In their most recent role as the Chief Financial Officer at Zen Linen International Pvt Ltd, they implemented S4 Hana in multi-location and multi-company scenarios, stabilized accounting systems, and prepared financial forecasts and management reports.

Rangarajan Srinivasaraghavan has a diverse education history. Rangarajan began their studies in 1991 at Loyola College in Chennai, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B Com) for three years. In 1994, they enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), where they completed their Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree in 2001. Concurrently, they also attended the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) from 1994 to 1997, earning a degree in Costing (CMA). During the period of 1999 to 2000, Rangarajan Srinivasaraghavan pursued further studies at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, completing their Company Secretary Intermediate degree.
