John Lane

John Lane has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. John has held various roles in strategy, corporate development, and management. John is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Zen-Noh Grain Corp., where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at the same company. John also served as a Director on the Board of Directors of GrainsConnect Canada, a joint venture between GrainCorp and Zen-Noh Grain Corp. In addition, John has held positions at Cargill, where they were the Managing Director and Director of Strategic Marketing and Technology. John also worked in strategy and corporate development roles at Cargill. Prior to their career in the agriculture industry, John served in the US Army as a Captain and Combat Engineer Officer.

John Lane has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia. John also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
