Brian Kearns

Brian Kearns serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy and Investor Relations at Globus Medical since January 2015, leading all mergers and acquisitions for the company. Prior to this role, Kearns founded Kearns Consulting LLC, where strategic planning and healthcare M&A advisory services were provided to small and mid-sized companies from May 2009 to January 2015. Previous financial leadership roles include Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Lannett Company, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at MedQuist, and Vice President, Senior Equity Research Analyst at Bank of America. Kearns began career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, an MBA from Rider University, and a Master of Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania.
