Sébastien CHARRON is a seasoned Agile coach and trainer with extensive experience in digital transformation and change management across various industries. Currently serving as a Coach Agile à l'échelle at Zen Value since November 2017, Sébastien has worked with prominent organizations including Crédit Agricole CIB, SFR, AXA, and Société Générale, focusing on Agile methodologies, team coaching, and the implementation of large-scale Agile frameworks. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Global Quality from UVSQ and a Master’s degree in Production Unit Management from in&ma.
