India Llanes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. India started their career as a Supervisor at Speed Raceway from April 2012 to June 2013. India then worked at SquareTwo Financial, where they held various roles including Documentation Specialist from July 2013 to December 2014, Client Services Representative from December 2014 to May 2016, and Partner Account Support Specialist from May 2016 to December 2017. Following this, India joined Pulte Mortgage as a Mortgage Team Assistant from January 2018 to March 2018. India also worked at Equian as a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst from March 2018 to July 2020, where they performed quality reviews on high dollar medical claims and created training materials for the QA team. Currently, India serves as a Customer Success Manager at Zenarate since July 2020, and they were previously a Sr. Customer Success Manager from January 2023 to present, where they are responsible for driving KPI performance improvement through simulation training solutions.

India Llanes attended Cherokee Trail High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the State of Colorado.
