Mario Llanes

Mario Llanes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mario worked at Zenarate as a Customer Service Representative from July 2022 to January 2023, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in January 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Optum where they held the positions of Medical Claims Analyst from August 2019 to March 2020, and Operations Supervisor from March 2020 to July 2022. Mario also gained significant experience at LifeSafer Ignition Interlock, starting as a Lead Service Technician from April 2012 to May 2015, and later becoming an Area Manager from May 2015 to May 2019. Finally, they started their career as an Automotive Technician at Wal Mart Tire & Lube Express from April 2010 to April 2012, where they provided vehicle maintenance services and delivered exceptional customer service.

Mario Llanes completed their high school education from Bennett High School, where they earned a High School Diploma in General Studies. Mario attended the school from 2005 to 2009.
