Boxu Yan

Boxu Yan serves as the Executive Director at Zenas BioPharma since 2021, bringing extensive experience from key positions such as Senior Director at Acceleron Pharma (2019-2020), Director at TESARO, Inc. (2017-2019), and Principal Scientist at Celgene (2013-2016). Earlier roles include Sr. Scientist at Gilead Sciences (2012-2013), Scientist at Genentech (2010-2012), and Sr. Scientist at Amgen (2006-2010). Boxu Yan began a career in biotechnology as a Scientist I/II at NEOSE from 2002 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Shandong University and postdoctoral fellowships at both Scripps Research and Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute.
