Alexandra Ciausescu

Alexandra Ciausescu serves as an Implementation Specialist at Zencargo since February 2021, overseeing end-to-end implementation projects and utilizing Waterfall, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices to ensure successful customer integration into the logistics system. Previously, Alexandra held roles in Customer Operations and as an Operations Coordinator at Zencargo, focusing on customer onboarding and logistics optimization. Before joining Zencargo, Alexandra worked as an International Logistics Coordinator at DRÄXLMAIER Group, managing international shipments and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Pitesti.
