Andrzej Śliwa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andrzej started their career as a Software Developer at ProLife Software, where they worked on various projects including e-learning platforms and decision support systems. Andrzej then moved on to Accenture as a Senior Developer before joining T3 S.C., where they worked as a Software Architect and Developer on projects involving statistics applications and invoicing systems.

After that, Andrzej transitioned to I-TOOL SOFTWARE as a Senior Information Technology Consultant, specializing in Ruby on Rails and Java programming. Andrzej also received training in various programming languages and tools during this time. Following this, Andrzej worked as a Contractor and Technical Project Leader at Consileon Polska, where they led projects involving philanthropic platforms and distributed device control.

In 2012, Andrzej joined BonusBox GmbH as a Lead Developer, where they were responsible for developing a microservices platform using Ruby and Erlang, implementing infrastructure-as-code, and establishing best practices such as test-driven development and event-driven architecture.

Andrzej then worked at Mediteo GmbH as a CTO, leading a distributed team and implementing Agile methodologies. Andrzej played a crucial role in shaping the company's mission and vision to provide healthcare products for customers to actively manage their well-being. Andrzej also briefly served as a VP Engineering during their time at Mediteo.

In 2017, Andrzej joined Acatus GmbH as a CTO, contributing to the development of their technology platform. And most recently, they worked as a Consulting CTO at BYTE CONSULTING Andrzej Śliwa, providing their expertise in technology consulting.

Since 2018, Andrzej has been serving as the VP Engineering at Zencargo, a modern freight forwarder, where they have been instrumental in leveraging their software platform to help businesses enhance their supply chains and gain a competitive advantage.

Andrzej Śliwa obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from Poznan University of Technology from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Databases from Information Technology Vocational College from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they hold a Security Clearance for Classified Information from the POLISH ARMY, obtained in November 2001, and a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance.
