Lucy Hart

Lucy Hart has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Lucy is currently working at Zencargo as the Head of Business Operations Strategy since September 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Zencargo, where they led an experience team focused on cost and billing shipments. Lucy also worked at TPXimpact as a Senior Product Manager, leading multidisciplinary squads to deliver digital programs for public sector clients. Lucy was also a Product Manager at TPXimpact. Before that, Lucy served as the Interim Head of Product at Feisty, supporting the design and development team to set up product management best practices. Lucy was also a Product Manager at SuperCarers, managing their web app and conducting business analysis. Additionally, Lucy worked as a Product Manager at Jellyfish, bringing their content production platform for ecommerce businesses from conception to launch. Lucy also held roles as a Production Editor and Editorial Manager at Jellyfish. Lucy began their career as a Communications Intern at Cohn & Wolfe, working with clients in the aviation sector. Lucy also worked as a Freelance Writer at Content Boost and held various roles at The Concerto Group, M&C Saatchi, and Monsoon Accessorize.

Lucy Hart obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages (French and Russian) from the University of Durham, St John's College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Lucy also received a Russian Language Certificate from Tomsk State University in 2013. Prior to that, Lucy completed their secondary education at Guildford High School in the UK from 2004 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lucy obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2020.
