Enav Birnbaum

Enav Birnbaum is a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist at Zencity. Enav has a long history of working with data and systems, including a previous position as training and development coordinator at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, where they established the training program of the Land Registration and Settlement of Rights Department, integrated a novel CRM system among all units of the Land Registration and Settlement of Rights Department, wrote work procedures and assimilating them among staff, and trained new employees as well as maintaining their professional level.

Enav Birnbaum earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Enav then went on to earn a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
