Sunil Thomas, MBA, MS

Sunil Thomas, MBA, MS has held a number of roles in the technology industry since 1993. In 1993, they began their career as a Research Development Engineering Intern at Universal Instruments. Sunil then joined Texas Instruments in 1994, where they held various roles including Director & General Manager of the Cisco and Apple Custom Products Business Unit, Director & General Manager of the Canon Business, CCD Sensors and RF Tuner BUs, and Senior Business and Marketing Manager of the ASIC Business Unit. In 2012, Sunil was recruited to Cypress Semiconductor as a Sr. Director and General Manager of the Automotive Business, where they established the company as the leader in the automotive infotainment HMI market. In 2015, they joined Synaptics Incorporated as Vice President and General Manager of the Video Interface Business and Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Business. Most recently, Sunil has been appointed Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Zendar in 2021.

Sunil Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Calicut, a Master of Science (MS) degree from Binghamton University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they specialized in Marketing & General Management.
