Alaina Franklin is an accomplished leader in customer success and digital transformation with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success for APAC at Zendesk since December 2017, Alaina has built and led teams focused on enhancing customer experiences across Asia. Prior roles include directing customer success initiatives and guiding enterprise clients in customer experience strategies. Alaina's previous experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved leading cross-cultural teams to develop significant digital transformation solutions, while earlier roles at HP encompassed service desk and service management design.
