Andrea Domínguez

Andrea Domínguez is currently an Associate Regional Marketing Specialist for MidMarket at Zendesk, starting in October 2023, and previously held the role of Outbound Research Representative. Prior experience includes serving as Investigadora y Analista de Contenido at El Once from December 2018 to October 2024, Project Manager at Hilando Sueños A.C. from April 2020 to August 2022, and an intern at the Conferencia Interamericana de Seguridad Social official in 2021. Early career positions include Executive Assistant to the Director of Foreign Affairs at TotalEnergies and a pre-university assistant intern at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Andrea Domínguez holds a degree in Economics and a degree in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, supplemented by academic exchanges and specialized diplomas in relevant fields from institutions such as Chuo University, the University of Oslo, and the Instituto de Investigaciones Dr. José María Luis Mora. Additionally, participation in a workshop focused on monitoring and evaluation of social projects was completed at the Centro de Investigación para la Paz México, A.C. in late 2022.
