Don Ton

Don Ton is a Senior Product Designer at Zendesk since May 2023, focusing on the Employee Service initiative that enhances task and process management for HR and support teams. Previously, Don contributed as a Product Designer at Klaviyo from December 2018 to May 2023, where efforts included building a design system and redesigning an ecommerce product while fostering a strong design culture. Earlier experience includes roles such as UX Designer at Mahlzeit, where Don developed a responsive dashboard app, and participating as a Product Development Intern at Startupbootcamp. Don holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on UX Design from The University of Texas at Austin.
