Doug Rickard is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in partner and channel sales across various technology companies. Currently serving as the WW Director of Partner Sales at Zendesk since April 2019, Doug drives growth within Zendesk's global partner ecosystem. Previously, as Director of Channels at Ytel, Doug focused on channel building and orchestrating high-volume communications solutions. Doug also held multiple roles at Act-On Software, including Director of US Channel, where responsibilities included GoToMarket strategy and P&L management for CRM and Digital Agency partners. Earlier in Doug's career, significant achievements were made at Cisco and SYNNEX, where strategic account management and channel development led to substantial revenue growth. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UC San Diego.
