Eric Furler

Eric Furler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in deal management and financial operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Deal Desk at Zendesk since March 2017, Eric leads a team focused on the AMER/LATAM business segments, providing expertise in deal structuring, pricing strategies, and facilitating complex agreements. Previously, Eric held various roles at Zendesk, including Director and Manager of Deal Desk, where responsibilities involved optimizing deal flow and supporting sales initiatives. Prior to joining Zendesk, Eric worked as a Category Manager at Readerlink Distribution Services, LLC, specializing in sales growth and data-driven decision-making, and as an Assistant General Manager at Noodles & Company, managing restaurant operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Illinois State University.
