Gilberto Garza is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in technology and software industries. Currently serving as RVP Sales SSAC at Zendesk since May 2022, Garza has previously held key positions such as RVP Sales LATAM at Coupa Software and Country Director at BMC Software. Garza spent over a decade at Salesforce in various roles, most recently as Regional Vice President for CaSSA Strategic & Large Enterprise. Additional experience includes significant leadership roles at Microsoft, Peoplesoft Mexico, Siebel Systems, Informix Software Mexico, and NCR de Mexico, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving sales and managing large teams across the Latin American and Caribbean markets.
