Henri Raadi

Henri Raadi is a product design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and interaction design across various industries. Currently serving as Product Design Lead at Zendesk since April 2024, following the acquisition of Klaus, Henri specializes in AI-based customer service quality assurance solutions. Prior to this role, Henri was the UX Design Lead at Klaus, where strategic direction for user experience was provided. Henri's background includes a tenure as Director of UX & Design at Topia, focusing on team development and product strategy, as well as significant positions at SAIC Motor UK and Jaguar Land Rover, where contributions ranged from designing proof of concept applications to developing digital instrument clusters. Henri holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Management from The University of Edinburgh.
