Hong Peng

Hong Peng is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer at Zendesk since January 2020, Hong Peng has focused on messaging, customer record management, and the agent workspace. Prior to Zendesk, Hong Peng held the position of Principal User Experience Designer at Autodesk from February 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included transforming product access and delivery across the company's offerings. Hong Peng also contributed significantly as a Senior Experience Designer and Product Owner at Autodesk, creating a widely used web-based desktop app that enhances user subscription experiences. Additional experience includes user experience design and research at Dell Technologies and automotive design research at Nanyang Technological University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Human Factors and Ergonomics and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, both from Nanyang Technological University.
