Izzy Burman is a seasoned talent professional currently serving as a Talent Lead at Zendesk following Ultimate's acquisition in March 2024. With extensive experience in career coaching as the owner of Future You Coaching Ltd since July 2020, Izzy focuses on transformational coaching to help clients gain clarity and confidence in their career paths. Prior to Zendesk, Izzy held the position of Head of Talent at Ultimate, contributing to the growth of a SaaS AI start-up dedicated to enhancing customer experiences. Izzy's earlier career at Michael Page included roles as Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant, where leadership of a diverse recruitment team emphasized inclusive hiring practices. Izzy holds a BA in Geography from The University of Manchester and completed education at St Albans High School for Girls.
