Jake Waage

Jake Waage is an experienced professional in solutions consulting and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant for both Zendesk Suite and Zendesk Sell since May 2016. Prior to this role, Jake held various positions at Microsoft from October 2012 to January 2016, focusing on adoption strategies for Office 365 and developing training materials for a large sales team. Additionally, Jake contributed to customer success at Yammer before its acquisition by Microsoft, managing a diverse client base and fostering best practices in Enterprise Social Networking.
