Jennifer Feri

Jennifer Feri is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as Vice President of HR Partners and M&A at Zendesk since September 2024. Previously, Jennifer held various leadership roles at VMware from October 2015 to February 2024, including Vice President of Human Resources, where the focus was on delivering enterprise-wide solutions and transforming performance management culture. Earlier experience at VMware included serving as Senior Director of the HR Partner Organization and Director of HR Business Partner, contributing to organizational impact and leadership development. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Avid Technology and Senior Human Resources roles at Avid and Siebel Systems. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization and Management from San José State University.
