Keith McManus

Keith McManus is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering operations and infrastructure services. Currently serving as the Director of Global Engineering Operations at Zendesk since August 2015, McManus has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager of Global Infrastructure Services at Verisign from September 2004 to August 2015, and various leadership positions at Savvis, Cable and Wireless, and Worldcom. McManus began a career in engineering at Cable & Wireless, holding the role of Engineer in 1999. McManus holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
