Louise Lassen

Louise Lassen currently serves as Vice President of Professional Services at Zendesk, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this, Louise was Vice President of Professional Services at Finastra from December 2018 to October 2021, where leadership was exercised over the Professional Services Team for Community Market Customers focusing on retail banking and digital solutions. Earlier experience includes a tenure at SS&C Advent from November 2005 to November 2018, progressing through roles such as Senior Director and Director, leading Professional Services teams for Asset Management clients and global custom engineering initiatives. Louise gained foundational experience in finance and back-office operations during a student role at Alfred Berg Asset Management while completing academic studies in Computer Science and Mathematics. Education includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Aalborg University and a Datamatiker degree from Nordjyllands Erhvervsakademi.
